Onlineprophotos is an online hosting site for a photographer's customer to see tjere images and place an order.
You need to call the lab to get your username and password to use this system. It is different from your website login and lab account number.
There are 2 options.
Photographer uploads and receives reorders option
The photographer uploads the images using NEOS Pro or Direct from the Onlineprophotos website. After the photographer's customer places an order, the photographer receives an email notifying them of the order. The photographer opens the NEOS Pro software then click on the order, the sizes are matched up with the images. All the photographer needs to do is check the crop then send the order to the lab for printing. Drop shipping direct to the photographer's customer is available. You will only be charged the Online Hosting fees and the lab bill for the reorders.
Lab uploads and receives the reorders option
The photographer sends the high res. images to the lab via NEOS pro or CD along with the event details. The lab will upload the images for you and handle the reorders. You will be charged the regular Online Hosting fees, an additional 10 percent of the total on the reorder, and the lab charges for the prints and drop shipping. Orders are usually drop shipped to your customer but a lab pick option is also available. To use this option you must setup your account to use Paypay or Google Checkout to use this option.

Quick Start for uploading through NEOS pro (below)
- Open NEOS.
- Click 'Folder' to find the images to upload (make sure the file names do not contain any special characters or spaces).
- Click 'Online Services' button (located below the folder button).
- Click 'OnlineProPhotos'.
- Fill in your username and password (they are usually the same).
- Click 'Upload Events' tab.
- Click 'New Event'.
- Fill in the info about the event.
- Click 'Add from Thumbnails'.
- Click 'Upload Events' then 'Upload Now'.
Quick Start for uploading through Onlineprophotos website (below)
- Go to www.onlineprophotos.com.
- Click the photographer login in the lower right corner and login.
- Under the Events Tab click 'add an event'.
- Fill in all the events options and details.
- Click 'add an event and upload now'
- Browse to your images (remember they file names cannot contain special characters or spaces - underscores are okay).
- Click 'Upload'.
- Done
There is an option to pre-register an event using this method. On step 5 click 'Pre-register event'. Your customer can go to the website before the event is live and provide an email to notify them we the event is ready.
Note: in order to use this option it must be activated by the lab.
